Yes this 8 year old is hang out of his parents vehicle “shooting” ppl with his fake gun. He then proceeded to turn towards me, look me dead in the eye & shoot at me. This is unacceptable in my book. This is a sign that ppl don’t teach their children how serious guns are & that they require skill & an understanding of the danger associated with them.
